This 2nd Annual Fine Art Festival is a revival of the old art fairs on the square that featured paintings, pastels, photography, sculpture, pencil, fiber, metal, various materials, and jewelry art. Not a craft or flea market, this fine art show is non-juried and allows artists to sell their creations in the heart of the newly redesigned downtown area and revitalized historic central business district.
