This juried event will take place outdoors in our beautiful, spacious upscale shopping center located in Algonquin, Illinois. There are over 80 stores and restaurants surrounding this art festival. We will have face painting and a special art project for the children. This is part of the summer concert/event series at Algonquin Commons.
This event will be professionally judged with monetary and ribbon awards. Artists are responsible for providing their own tents, displays, setup and weights. In addition, artists will donate $25 cash or an item with a minimum retail value of $50 to be raffled off during our event. Your donation will be used to provide grants for the District 300's Foundation for Educational Excellence.
Eligible Media:
All work must be original work; kits, imports or mass produced items are not allowed. Prints produced by the artist, properly signed and numbered, may be shown in the flip bins and labeled as such. Reproduced work may not exceed 30% of exhibited work.
