The Glenwood Avenue Arts Fest (GAAF) is a free, weekend-long event that features a street art fair, indoor exhibits, and live entertainment on three outdoor stages. Experience art of all disciplines, music, theater, food and drink on the cobblestone streets of the Glenwood Avenue Arts District in Chicago’s historic Rogers Park neighborhood.
The 9th annual Fest takes place the weekend of August 20-22, 2010. There will be a kickoff party on Friday night with the artists' market on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
Though the Fest is not juried, the organizers seek a balanced range of art. So we are sometimes full in one discipline before the Fest is full to other disciplines.
